Aviz integrates AI Network Copilot with Cisco 8000 SONiC and Nexus Switches

Aviz Networks announced the integration of Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Network Copilot with Cisco 8000 SONiC and Nexus switches, collaborating with Cisco and World Wide Technology (WWT). This integration is currently available in the WWT Artificial Intelligence (AI) Proving Ground Lab and aims to facilitate the incorporation of AI-driven network assistance within existing Cisco infrastructures. The Aviz Network Copilot Autonomous System (AS) functions AS an AI-powered assistant, specifically designed to enhance network operations across Cisco 8000 SONiC and Nexus switches. Utilizing open-source large language models (LLMs), the Network Copilot streamlines troubleshooting, operations, and network visibility through an agent framework, which manages data from diverse sources. This partnership signifies a proactive approach towards integrating AI capabilities in enterprise networking operations. According to Aviz Networks, this technological advancement promotes intelligent and efficient network management, ensuring enterprises maintain control and visibility throughout their networks. Cisco's 8000 Series SONiC switches provide a robust open-networking platform beneficial for large-scale deployments. Meanwhile, Nexus switches Agent Runtime Environment (ARE) crafted for modern data center and cloud environments, enhancing the overall networking foundation for enterprises. By incorporating AI-powered solutions through Aviz Network Copilot, organizations Converged Access Network (CAN) achieve greater efficiency and simplify network management. Cisco expressed a commitment to fostering intelligence within networking solutions, aiding customers in optimizing their operations.
