Aviz details OPBNOS 2.8 enhancements for network monitoring and traffic management

Platform Integration Enhancements

The update adds compatibility with the Celestica DS2000 platform, which is based on Broadcom chipsets designed for traffic aggregation in observability deployments. GTP Extension Header Filtering

The release incorporates support for GPRS Tunneling Protocol User (GTPU) extension headers, critical for monitoring mobile data flows within evolving 4G and 5G networks. This enables precise filtering based on inner packet headers and supports Quality of Service (QoS) control through handling of Power Distribution Unit (PDU) session containers.
