Aqua helps federal agencies secure cloud native environments with its hallmark Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP)

Aqua Security has achieved Amazon Web Services (AWS) Government Competency status, reflecting its experience in delivering solutions to assist federal agencies with mandates, cost reduction, and operational efficiencies. This recognition indicates that Aqua provides technology that supports federal customers in achieving their objectives.

The AWS Government Competency status distinguishes Aqua as a member of the AWS Partner Network (APN), offering specialized software for enterprises on AWS. Aqua aims to aid federal customers in modernizing infrastructures and enhancing productivity and security in the cloud.

“As federal cloud spending is expected to grow to $25.5B by the end of 2025, tools that secure those environments and help agencies comply with mandates are more important than ever. Aqua’s CNAPP helps customers secure their cloud native applications, from code commit to runtime,” said Amir Jerbi, CTO and co-founder of Aqua Security. “Our team is dedicated to helping federal customers meet their cloud security goals and this designation, along with our recent FedRAMP High Authorization certification, validates those efforts.”

The Aqua Platform serves federal civilian and defense agencies managing millions of container images and extensive cloud workloads. This platform enables secure cloud native adoption agency-wide and assists agencies in meeting the required security standards.

AWS has established the AWS Competency Program to help customers identify APN Partners with industry experience. Aqua's solutions enable U.S. federal agencies, including the Department of Defense (DoD), to meet cybersecurity, Zero Trust, and software supply chain security directives.

This certification follows Aqua’s announcement regarding its Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) High Authorization distinction. More information about Aqua’s solutions for Federal customers is available on its website.
