Aptean receives Frost & Sullivan technology recognition

Aptean received Frost & Sullivan's 2026 Global Technology Innovation Leadership Recognition in AI-powered Emergency Response Plan (ERP) for food and beverage, an award that cited the company's achievements in advancing AI-driven innovation, customer value, and operational excellence.

Frost & Sullivan applied a benchmarking process that assessed strategy effectiveness and strategy execution; the firm's evaluation emphasized companies that demonstrated strong strategy development and implementation resulting in measurable improvements in market share, customer satisfaction, and competitive positioning. Aptean performed well on both core dimensions, aligning initiatives with market demand and executing them with speed and scale.

Frost & Sullivan's report described AppCentral as a unified architecture paired with role-based Artificial Intelligence (AI) workspaces, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation capabilities. The evaluation found these elements helped streamline complex processes, enhance visibility, and accelerate data-driven decision making across the value chain in food and beverage operations.

Aptean delivered more than 250 product enhancements in the past three years and maintained ongoing investment in Research and Development (R&D); the company positioned Aptean Food and Beverage on AppCentral and highlighted purpose-built agents and value-added solutions intended to streamline everyday work and provide actionable intelligence.
