Telos Corporation renews $5.4M cloud security contract
Telos Corporation renewed a contract valued at $5.4 million with a Fortune 100 global technology company to continue support for large-scale commercial cloud environments, extending a relationship that began in July 2022.
The agreement reflected continued expansion of the multi-year engagement and addressed ongoing needs related to governance and operational continuity across the customer’s cloud product lines.
Under the contract, Telos provided Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) oversight alongside Security Operations (SecOps) support, and the work included enterprise security, account operations, and information assurance workflows as described in the release.
Deliverables covered maintenance of existing authorities to operate and efforts to obtain new authorizations across multiple cloud product lines, with Telos continuing to carry out GRC oversight and operational security tasks for the customer.
“This award underscores Telos’ role as a trusted, long-term cybersecurity partner for organizations operating complex, highly regulated cloud environments,” said John B. Wood, CEO and chairman, Telos. “Our team brings deep expertise in cyber GRC and operational security, helping customers maintain compliance while securely scaling critical cloud platforms.”
The release included forward-looking statements and referenced the company’s filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for related risk disclosures.
