Tata Communications launched a Voice Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform powered by Agentic AI, designed for the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector. This comprehensive speech-to-speech solution enhances customer journeys with instant decision making, multilingual support, and low latency. Available in over 40 languages, the platform allows organizations to engage with customers more effectively and efficiently.

The new platform connects seamlessly to enterprise APIs and fintech systems, streamlining customer interactions from initiation to resolution. It offers features such as real-time transcription, sentiment analysis, and adaptive dialogue flows, making it suitable for various sectors. Key capabilities also include context retention across sessions and integrated support for human handoffs.
