Proficio partners with Cisco to expand Managed XDR

Proficio has launched its ProSOC Managed Extended detection and response (XDR) service, utilizing Cisco's XDR platform to enhance security offerings for enterprises. This service includes 24x7 threat detection and active response through its Security Operations (SecOps) Center. The collaboration represents a strategic move in the Managed Detection and Response (MDR) market.

The ProSOC Managed XDR service features continuous monitoring, automated response actions, Client engagement, and integration with existing security tools. The offering became available for purchase starting May 6, 2025.

Brian Feeney, Vice President of Global Security Partner Sales at Cisco, noted the benefits of the new service for clients, enhancing their ability to respond to security threats.

Founded in 2010, Proficio focuses on MDR, operating security centers in multiple global locations and recognized by Gartner in MDR leadership for eight consecutive years.
