Oracle enhances AI capabilities in Fusion Data Intelligence

Oracle launched enhanced capabilities for Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, featuring an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Assistant designed to facilitate data analysis through natural-language conversation. This introduction aligns with Oracle's aim to help businesses maximize value from their enterprise data.

The AI Assistant, part of the Oracle Analytics Cloud, enables users to engage in dialogue with their data, providing insights that extend beyond traditional dashboard limitations. This user-friendly approach is expected to make data preparation and exploration more efficient.

T.K. Anand, executive vice president at Oracle, stated that these AI capabilities significantly improve data interaction, allowing businesses to make informed decisions efficiently. The initiative focuses on integrating various Oracle Cloud applications, including Enterprise Resource Planning and Human Capital Management, thereby enriching data analytics for users across functional areas.

In addition to the AI Assistant, Oracle's updates comprise several features intended to improve operational effectiveness. Noteworthy additions are Peer Benchmarks for performance comparison, Skills Analytics for workforce assessment, and Benefits Analytics to analyze employee plans. These enhancements provide organizations with the tools necessary to make data-driven decisions and optimize operations.

Oracle's commitment to expanding the functional coverage of Fusion Data Intelligence reflects its aim to bolster data insights and streamline analytics processes across its cloud applications.
