Oracle Database@Google Cloud adds AI database services, expands regions, and introduces partner program.

Oracle announced the General Availability (GA) of its Oracle Database@Google Cloud, which now includes new Artificial Intelligence (AI) database services, expanded regional availability, and a new partner program. These updates aim to support organizations in enhancing their multicloud capabilities.

This rollout aligns with customer demand for Oracle Database@Google Cloud across different industries. Enhanced features include the Oracle Exadata Database Service on Exascale Infrastructure, Oracle Base Database Service, and Oracle Autonomous AI Lakehouse.

Karan Batta, senior vice president of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, noted, “Organizations across the world are adopting Oracle Database@Google Cloud for their critical workloads and AI-driven innovations.” With these updates, customers can simplify multicloud deployment and accelerate IT modernization.

New region availability allows for added flexibility, with Oracle Database@Google Cloud now operating in three additional Google Cloud regions: Australia-Southeast 2, North America-Northeast 1, and US Central 1. This complements existing regions and supports Disaster Recovery (DR) needs.

Additionally, a new partner program enables Google Cloud and Oracle partners to sell Oracle Database@Google Cloud through the Google Cloud Marketplace. This initiative is intended to provide customers with expert support and better integration of multicloud solutions.
