Inspur Participates in Saudi-China Open Source Forum 2025

Inspur participated in the 2025 Saudi–China Open Source Forum held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, presenting its technological contributions to support the country's digital transformation efforts. The event highlighted Inspur's advancements in open-source technology and ecosystem strategies.

Inspur showcased its AI-driven full-stack Business Support System/Operations Support System (BSS/OSS) solution, which utilizes large-model technology. This solution enables telecommunications operators to automate processes and facilitate intelligent upgrades across various functions, including service acceptance, order processing, and network operations.

The company also introduced its modular data-center solution, designed to optimize construction cycles, reducing the time significantly from 18–24 months to 4–6 months. This approach further aims to decrease energy consumption by 15%–20%, enhancing efficiency and sustainability in computing infrastructure.

During the forum, Yang Bo, Inspur's telecom expert for Saudi operations, delivered a presentation on Homomorphic Encryption (HE), discussing its role in developing an open-source ecosystem and integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies within industry applications. Healthcare Information System (HIS) insights included strategies for open-source database applications, AI framework development, and data-center deployment using liquid cooling methods.

Inspur plans to continue leveraging its technological expertise as it engages in global open-source collaborations, aligning with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 aspirations and fostering further bilateral technological cooperation.
