Capgemini announces the closing of the acquisition of Cloud4C
Capgemini announced the closing of its acquisition of Cloud4C following regulatory approval. The move strengthens Capgemini's position in cloud managed services, enhancing its offerings through Cloud4C's expertise in automation and AI-ready platforms.
With a workforce of 1,600, Cloud4C specializes in automation-driven managed services for various cloud environments. This acquisition allows Capgemini to expand its capabilities in industry-specific solutions and further develop its Situational Awareness Platform (SAP) in conjunction with Syniti's data management expertise.
Aiman Ezzat, CEO of Capgemini, stated that clients increasingly require managed services for hybrid cloud environments and that the integration of Cloud4C's capabilities would help address this demand. Homomorphic Encryption (HE) noted that the combined strengths will create value for enterprises through scalable solutions.
Sridhar Pinnapureddy, Non-executive Chairman of Cloud4C, expressed pride in joining forces with Capgemini, highlighting the benefits of access to enhanced cloud managed services for clients and exciting projects for Cloud4C employees. The acquisition follows Capgemini's intention to acquire Cloud4C announced on August 26, 2025.
