Unisys named a leader in NelsonHall ADWS assessment

Unisys was named a Leader in NelsonHall's 2025 Advanced Digital Workplace Services NEAT report, a recognition tied to the company's Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities, Microsoft expertise and scalable digital workplace solutions.

NelsonHall's NEAT tool analyzed vendors offering advanced digital workplace services and enabled strategic sourcing managers to evaluate vendor capabilities across a range of criteria and business situations. The assessment placed Unisys in the Leader category and awarded high marks across Build Services Capabilities, Run Services Capabilities, Microsoft-focused offerings and AI Capabilities.

The report cited Microsoft Copilot guidance and adoption strategies, Office of Change Management capabilities and services, experience management, low-code automation, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), meeting room modernization, collaboration tools, and identity and access management. It also referenced the Service Experience Accelerator (SEA) technology framework and Application Programming Interface (API) integration with client tools to support GenAI-led environments.

NelsonHall identified Unisys as a Leader in the overall market for the sixth consecutive year. The NEAT assessment examined vendor performance in build services, run services and Microsoft products to identify vendors with specific capabilities in those areas.

“Being named a Leader across all market segments — and especially in the new AI Capabilities category — validates the strength of our vision and execution in delivering advanced digital workplace solutions for our clients,” said Patrycja Sobera, senior vice president and general manager of Digital Workplace Solutions, Unisys.

Unisys planned to double the size of its field services business by the end of 2027.
