How Decision Insights Works

Your buyer brought an agent. It reads differently than they do.

  • You make more content than ever, and most of it stops working a week after it ships.
  • Search rewarded the page, and the page was yours.
  • Now your buyer asks an assistant. It answers from whatever it can find.
  • Your content sits on your domain, in your design system, with nothing on it that tells a machine whose it is.
  • Your board is asking how you market to AI.
  • Nobody can promise you citations. You can make sure there is something of yours to find.

Buyers ask an engine instead of running a search, and vendors have no influence on the answer.

What you actually get

A canonical, structured, machine readable record of your company and your content, in the place agents look. You do not buy a domain name because of how many people type it. You buy it because it is your address.

How it works

Structured, attributed, machine readable records are what an engine can read.

1. Connect, once

Point us at the RSS feed your blog or newsroom already produces, or push to our API. About ten minutes, and you do it once.

2. We structure it

Every item becomes a record: a headline, a neutral summary, the source link, and the organizations, open source projects, and technology terms it refers to.

3. It joins the graph

Your record connects to the vendors, projects, and terms it names, so it can be reached from any of them rather than only from a search for your company.

4. People and agents can read it

Each record renders as a page a person can read and as data an agent can query, through our API, over MCP, and in our llms.txt. Every one is attributed to you and links back to your original.

A company cannot corroborate itself

A claim reads differently when it appears somewhere other than the company making it. That is not a question of budget or engineering, and nothing you do to your own website changes it, because your website is where you speak for yourself. It is the one thing about your own content that more effort cannot move.

So it is worth being exact about what a record here is worth. Not reach. Not scale. Not machine readability on its own, which you could build yourself. It is that we are not you.

Claim your company and the profile is yours to keep current. Send us your content and it becomes a record here as well: press releases, blog posts and long form, each one structured, sourced and machine readable, attributed to you and linked back to your original. Update either as often as you want.

A standing connection, not a campaign

Every comparable service is per transaction. Wires need each release submitted. Placement is bought per campaign and ends when the campaign ends. This runs on its own: set it up once and everything you create afterward flows in.

Treat it as an addition to what you already do, not a replacement for it. Nothing has to be cut for this to be worth doing.

Where this sits in your budget

This is ungated content syndication: your content, in front of technology professionals and the agents working for them, attributed and linked back to you. The word ungated is doing real work there. Nothing we publish sits behind a form, which is also why this produces no leads.

I spent thirteen years in enterprise technology publishing at SDxCentral. Here is the arithmetic I could never get past.

What this is not

  • Not lead generation. We produce no contact records and no MQLs. If you need cost per lead, this is the wrong line item.
  • Not a newsletter. The summary email is deliberately plain and goes out every two weeks.
  • Not coverage you can buy. Ranking and inclusion rules are written down in Standards and Methodology, and paying does not move them.
  • Not a citation tracker. We can show that you are findable. We do not claim to know when an engine used you.

Earned statements, not claims

Everything above is checkable in one click. The desks that produce coverage are named on Research Desks. How records are sourced, summarized, and corrected is on Standards and Methodology. The API and the MCP tools are documented on Developers and For AI Agents.
