Verifiable Credential (VC)
Verifiable credential is a cryptographically protected digital credential that encodes claims about an identity, attribute, or qualification so verifiers can check authenticity and integrity without contacting the issuer, enabling portable, privacy-aware trust frameworks in enterprise identity, access, and compliance workflows.
