Sunwave Debuts at GITEX Asia, Strengthens APAC Push with Singapore IHQ Upgrade

Sunwave used GITEX Asia 2026 to display new wireless connectivity offerings and to outline an upgrade to its International Headquarters in Singapore. The company’s focus centered on deployment methods for remote and temporary settings and on expanding support capabilities tied to its Asia-Pacific operations.

The event was held at Marina Bay Sands and included participation from technology firms and industry stakeholders. Sunwave presented its approach to network rollout by combining multiple connectivity and computing elements into a single system meant to reduce setup time and operational complexity.

Sunwave’s All-in-One Site solution integrated satellite backhaul, private 5G, edge computing, and Internet of Things (IoT) into one system for remote and temporary deployments. The company stated the system enabled network rollout in around 30 minutes and identified mining operations, construction sites, and large-scale events as use cases.

At the show, Sunwave also unveiled the nCELL-M integrated base station, which it described as combining baseband and radio units with a built-in 5G gateway, and a compact 5G Femto solution for indoor and fragmented coverage scenarios. For Direct-Attached Storage (DAS), the company introduced the H3RU, supporting 700–4200 Megahertz (MHz) wideband coverage with up to 46 dBm output power, and the N3 Plus, a compact system supporting multi-band Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO), Open Radio Access Network (RAN) (O-RAN) architecture, and energy-efficient operation.

Sunwave confirmed the upgrade of its Singapore-based IHQ, stating the enhanced facility was expected to strengthen localized support, solution validation, and cross-regional coordination, and to improve responsiveness and delivery efficiency across APAC markets.
