Stellar Cyber and ESET outlined a technology partnership to integrate ESET Threat Intelligence into the Stellar Cyber Open Threat Intelligence Platform. The update matters for security operations teams that use AI-driven workflows and need threat intelligence available during detection activities.
The integration centers on operationalizing ESET’s indicators and threat artifacts inside the Stellar Cyber platform. The companies said customers would incorporate the intelligence during data ingestion, with the goal of supporting detection, investigation, and response workflows without managing a separate threat intelligence platform.
Stellar Cyber’s approach evaluates telemetry against ESET’s continuously updated indicators, including malicious IP addresses, domains, URLs, file hashes, and other threat artifacts. The PR said this creates context before AI analytics, correlation, investigations, and automated response begin, with intelligence applied at an early stage of the detection pipeline.
Under the partnership, ESET Threat Intelligence licensed customers can configure their credentials within Stellar Cyber’s Open Threat Intelligence Platform so intelligence can flow continuously into the platform. Andrew Homer of Stellar Cyber said the integration places ESET Threat Intelligence “where it delivers the greatest value—during data ingestion.” Ryan Grant of ESET North America said organizations need threat intelligence that is “actionable and operational,” and that the companies were expanding their existing partnership.
