Singtel named Frost & Sullivan's 2025 Singapore company of the year in cybersecurity
Frost & Sullivan presented its 2025 Singapore Company of the Year Recognition in the cybersecurity services industry to Singtel for contributions to national digital resilience and improvements in operational security.
In its evaluation, Frost & Sullivan benchmarked companies across strategy effectiveness and strategy execution and found that Singtel aligned its long-term vision with national cyber priorities while producing measurable outcomes and sustaining strong customer confidence.
Singtel anchored its growth strategy on embedding cyber resilience into its connectivity and cloud services and strengthened work in quantum-safe technologies; initiatives such as the National Quantum-Safe Network Plus and the Hybrid Quantum-Safe Network provided flexible, scalable security for enterprises.
The company operated an Advanced Security Operations (SecOps) Centre to detect threats, manage security systems, mitigate Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, and provide a unified view of security, with real-time monitoring, AI- and analytics-driven detection, 24/7 incident response, and automation to accelerate issue resolution.
“Singtel demonstrates the strength of an enterprise that unites national purpose with commercial execution, integrating cybersecurity, connectivity, and cloud infrastructure to transform digital protection into a measurable and scalable service capability,” said Vivien Pua, Senior Industry Analyst at Frost & Sullivan. Frost & Sullivan presents the recognition annually to organizations that demonstrate strategy development and implementation resulting in progress in market share, customer satisfaction, and competitive positioning.
