Sify Technologies appoints JPMorgan as new depositary for ADR

Sify Technologies Limited appointed JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as the new depositary for its American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program, effective July 23, 2025. This decision follows an amended and restated deposit agreement initiated by Sify and filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 10, 2025.

Holders of outstanding ADRs will not need to take action regarding this change, as JPMorgan will notify all registered ADR holders of their new role. JPMorgan has been a provider of customized depositary receipt solutions for significant issuers since 1927.
