Schneider Electric Launches EcoCare Advanced+ for Electrical Distribution

Schneider Electric expanded its EcoCare service plan by launching EcoCare Advanced+ for Electrical Distribution. This service introduces condition-based maintenance features, such as 24/7 remote monitoring, AI-driven insights, and proactive service support.

EcoCare Advanced+ enables subscribers to shift from reactive maintenance to proactive strategies, enhancing operational efficiency and sustainability. The service is designed to optimize equipment lifecycle management, thereby increasing uptime and extending asset lifespan while minimizing maintenance costs.

Jerome Soltani, Senior Vice President of Services at Schneider Electric, emphasized that this new tier exemplifies the company’s strategy to maximize the potential of customers' electrical infrastructure. He noted, “EcoCare Advanced+ for Electrical Distribution represents the future of customer support.” The service also includes predictive maintenance, priority support, and comprehensive compliance assistance, offering a tailored solution to operational challenges.
