Schneider Electric and Deloitte collaborate on AI-enabled digital transformation
Schneider Electric and Deloitte outlined a collaboration aimed at AI-enabled digital transformation for industrial operations. The effort targets modernization of business processes and operational functions across organizations that need end-to-end process changes to support scaling while controlling costs.
The companies said the work responds to reliance on outdated practices that can limit adaptation. They connected the initiative to combining AI with IT/OT conversion integration and digital platforms for asset-intensive industrial operations.
Schneider Electric and Deloitte plan to combine Deloitte’s IndustryAdvantage experience and Ascend services delivery platform with strategy, people, process and technology transformation capabilities. They also cited Schneider Electric’s domain expertise and purpose-built, AI-enabled OT and software technology to support tested IT/OT integration, end-to-end digital transformation, and integration of AI and advanced analytics.
In their statements, Gwenaelle Huet said, “Organizations know they need to transform, but many lack a roadmap that unites business strategy with the right digital and OT foundation,” said Gwenaelle Huet, Executive Vice President, Industrial Automation at Schneider Electric. Ajai Vasudevan said: “True digital transformation is about far more than deploying new tools; it demands a reinvention of how an organization competes and grows. Deloitte brings the reach and rigor to lead that change end-to-end, across every layer of the enterprise. Paired with Schneider Electric’s OT expertise and AI-enabled industrial technology, this collaboration offers clients new ways to transform and provides the operational precision needed to make it real.”
The collaboration was to be demonstrated at Hannover Messe 2026, with Schneider Electric listed at Hall 13, Stand C34 and Deloitte listed at Hall 15, Stand E75.
