Radware and MAIRE expand security partnership

Radware and MAIRE have announced an expansion of their partnership, incorporating AI-powered Cloud Application Protection Services into MAIRE's managed services portfolio. This collaboration aims to bolster MAIRE's security measures, enhancing its capabilities to protect global infrastructure from cyber threats.

MAIRE, based in Milan and operating in 50 countries, will utilize Radware's comprehensive security solutions, which include Web Application Firewall (WAF), bot detection, and application-layer Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) protection. These features are designed to defend against a wide range of attacks, including Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP)’s Top 10 Web Application Security Risks.

Andrea Sgarlata, identity manager at MAIRE, remarked on the partnership's focus on technology innovation, stating the need for an agile security system capable of thwarting sophisticated cyber attacks while ensuring legitimate user access. Radware's ability to continuously monitor Application traffic and adjust security policies aligns with MAIRE's objectives for robust security.

Rob Hartley, vice president of Radware in EMEA and CALA, noted the rising demand for Managed Security Services (MSS) amid increasing cyberattacks and security personnel shortages. He expressed enthusiasm about collaborating with MAIRE to address these challenges and implement effective Application protection strategies.

This partnership enhances the security framework for MAIRE, providing a managed service that integrates with Radware's Content Delivery Network (CDN), which spans over 600 Points of Presence (PoP) worldwide. In a landscape of growing cyber threats, MAIRE continues to strengthen its commitment to securing its services through strategic collaborations.
