RADCOM Ltd. said VNPT (Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group) selected RADCOM to provide service assurance for VNPT’s roaming network, after a competitive request for proposal process.
The selection replaced VNPT’s incumbent assurance vendor and followed an evaluation that included RADCOM’s AI-driven platform and its prior work with Tier-1 operators. The companies said the effort would cover deployments across multiple cloud environments.
RADCOM ACE was described as a cloud-native, containerized platform intended to give VNPT real-time, subscriber-aware visibility across roaming services. VNPT planned to apply AI and machine learning-based anomaly detection to identify issues before they affect the customer experience.
RADCOM said the RADCOM ACE platform would be deployed across multiple cloud environments to support scalable assurance and to adapt as new services are introduced. “VNPT is one of the most respected and technically advanced operators in Asia, and they set a high bar in this selection,” said Benny Eppstein, Chief Executive Officer at RADCOM.
RADCOM also said the contract marked one of three contracts it secured following the close of the second quarter of 2026, and it referenced forward-looking statements tied to expected deployment and benefits for VNPT, including anomaly detection, multi-cloud deployment, and broader assurance beyond roaming over time.
