Park Place Technologies named technology partner of PPA and MLP
Park Place Technologies was named the official technology partner of the Professional Pickleball Association (Carvana Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) Tour) and Major League Pickleball (MLP presented by DoorDash). The designation linked the Cleveland-based IT infrastructure services firm with both professional pickleball organizations.
Company materials described the arrangement as a multi-year sponsorship that would provide resources for national tournaments, player engagement, fan experiences and educational donations to schools. The announcement noted Ohio’s pickleball presence, citing an estimated player base of more than 800,000, over 300 courts in the Cleveland area, and the 2025 Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) Champion Columbus Sliders.
Park Place described its capabilities in the release, noting its on-the-ground engineering teams, a group of advanced engineers, and global Enterprise Operations Centers. The company said it supported 21,500 organizations, including half the Fortune 500, and offered services such as hardware maintenance, software technical support and hardware procurement.
The organizations outlined that Park Place would serve as the Official Technology Partner for the PPA Tour and MLP and would provide resources at national events. The release said Park Place’s brand would appear across digital platforms, broadcasts and live events during the season.
“Pickleball’s rapid rise in popularity stems from its ability to unite people through competition, energy and community—the same values that drive innovation at Park Place Technologies,” said Chris Adams, president and CEO of Park Place Technologies. “We’re proud to welcome Park Place Technologies as a key partner in the growth of the PPA Tour and Major League Pickleball,” said Connor Pardoe, CEO of the United Pickleball Association, which operates PPA and MLP.
The partnership was scheduled to debut during the 2026 season, with Park Place planned to have a presence across digital platforms, broadcasts and live events throughout that season.
