NVIDIA names Suzanne Nora Johnson to its board of directors
NVIDIA named Suzanne Nora Johnson to its board of directors, with an effective date of July 13, 2026. The change increases the size of the company’s board and adds a new member ahead of her committee assignment.
Nora Johnson is the former Vice Chairman of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., where she spent two decades in leadership roles. Her background at Goldman Sachs included serving as Chair of the Global Markets Institute, Head of Global Research, and Head of Global Healthcare.
She is expected to join the board’s Audit Committee on the effective date of her appointment. Nora Johnson also serves on the board of directors of Pfizer Inc., where she chairs the Audit Committee, is a member of the Executive Committee, and is a member of the Regulatory & Compliance Committee. She recently stepped down as Board Chair of Intuit Inc., where she served on the board of directors since 2007.
