Nokia Corporation proposes delisting ITS shares from Paris Stock Exchange
Nokia Corporation’s Board of Directors resolved to apply for the delisting of its Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) shares from Euronext Paris. This decision followed an assessment of trading volumes, costs, and administrative functions associated with the listing.
The delisting application, if approved, is anticipated to take effect within three months. Nokia’s shares will continue to be traded on Nasdaq Helsinki, and ITS American Depositary Receipts will remain listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
Nokia will announce further details regarding the delisting process as required by regulations. Investors holding ITS shares are recommended to consult with investment advisors or custodians regarding the implications of the delisting.
