Nimble Names Tanya Andreev Kaspin Chief Financial Officer

Nimble named Tanya Andreev Kaspin as its chief financial officer, adding leadership to oversee the company’s financial functions. The move comes as Nimble works on scaling its web search platform built for AI agent workflows.

Nimble described the appointment as part of scaling operations to meet increased enterprise needs. The company also referenced its Web Search Agents launch, which it said introduced self-learning retrieval technology for enterprise AI workflows.

In her background, Andreev Kaspin has more than 20 years of experience building finance teams for technology firms. She began her career at PwC, later held finance leadership roles at startups, and in her longest tenure at Innovid served as CFO, with responsibility for scaling the company globally and taking it public on the NYSE.

Nimble said Andreev Kaspin will lead its financial functions as the company expands its infrastructure and scales production AI-agent web search capabilities through its Web Search Agents.
