Mavenir and Neysa Partner on AI-Native GPU Cloud Integration

Mavenir, a cloud-native network software provider, and Neysa, an AI cloud provider, formed a strategic partnership to integrate Mavenir’s AI Integrated Platform capabilities with Neysa’s AI-native GPU infrastructure. The companies framed the work as a way to support sovereign deployment of AI on infrastructure that an organization controls.

Under the partnership, GPU capacity and the deployment environment provided through Neysa sit alongside orchestration, policy control, agent workflows, and token-level metering from Mavenir. The described approach covered production deployment and usage tracking, with a delivery model aimed at enterprises, operators, and neocloud providers.

Mavenir said its AI Integrated Platform included orchestration, agent workflows, security and policy control, and token-level metering and billing capabilities. Neysa said its AI cloud combined AI-native infrastructure, GPU capacity, deployment environments, and a customer-ready delivery model to help organizations stand up AI infrastructure without managing a dedicated platform engineering team.

The companies described multiple deployment paths. For enterprises, they outlined using the integrated stack to launch AI initiatives without assembling the components piece by piece. For neocloud providers, they described packaging ready-to-sell AI services on governed infrastructure. Mavenir also stated it intended to develop, test, and scale AI products on Neysa’s sovereign, GPU-backed infrastructure, including AI Service Assurance, AI Security Agents, and AI Voice Services.
