Itential & Carahsoft Partner to Bring Hybrid Cloud Network Automation & Orchestration to the Public Sector

Cloud-native company Itential partnered with Carahsoft Technology Corp. to enhance network and infrastructure orchestration for the Public Sector. Carahsoft will act as Itential’s Master Government Aggregator, making its automation and orchestration solutions accessible via multiple procurement contracts, including NASA's Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement and others.

The partnership aims to expand Itential’s presence within the Public Sector, leveraging Carahsoft's reseller network. Rodney Foreman, Chief Revenue Officer at Itential, noted the significance of this collaboration for delivering secure and scalable automation solutions to government agencies.

Itential’s platform supports the transition from manual processes to streamlined automation. Its Application Programming Interface (API) integration capabilities aim to simplify configuration management and compliance monitoring, helping agencies enhance security and operational efficiency. The platform seeks to facilitate orchestration at scale, reducing operational burdens and the need for manual interventions.

According to Natalie Gregory, Vice President for Open Source and DevSecOps Solutions at Carahsoft, the partnership will assist government agencies in modernizing their IT infrastructure while improving service delivery through intelligent automation. Itential’s solutions are available through several government contracts, reinforcing its commitment to support mission-critical initiatives.
