Interact said it launched Cue and Conductor as an updated employee experience approach that links personalization with intranet management. The company described the change as a way to tailor what employees see and do while keeping existing governance in place.
Interact described Cue as an adaptive intranet experience and Conductor as an agentic AI engine used by communications, HR, and IT teams. The company said the combination kept current permissions while automating parts of the intranet work that teams manage for the employee experience.
Cue adapts its layout, features, and content for each person based on role, team, location, tenure, and live workplace context. Through Cue’s conversational interface, employees can ask questions, find trusted answers, open tools and resources relevant to them, and move to the next action, with traceable answers and previewed actions.
Conductor turns intranet goals into coordinated action. Interact said users can type a goal such as “launch a policy,” “improve onboarding,” or “clean up content,” and Conductor builds a plan, drafts and targets content, coordinates approvals, schedules follow-up, and measures completion, while also auditing content, surfacing gaps, managing permissions, and making bulk changes; teams review the plan before Conductor acts.
