iboss launched MSSP SASE Platform for accessible cloud security

iboss launched its Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) Platform to enhance the accessibility of enterprise-grade cloud network security for Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and IT resellers. This new offering aims to address the limitations that have historically restricted MSSPs from utilizing advanced SASE and Zero Trust solutions due to high costs and complex infrastructure.

The MSSP SASE Platform delivers comprehensive security services, including a Secure Web Gateway (SWG) with full HTTPS inspection and advanced malware protection. It incorporates Zero Trust Network Access (Zero-Trust Network Access (ZTNA)) to replace traditional VPNs, providing user-based secure connectivity, along with cloud Software-Defined Wide Area Network (WAN) (SD-WAN) for optimized networking solutions.

Paul Martini, CEO of iboss, stated, “Our mission is to make enterprise-class SASE available to every MSSP and IT reseller. With iboss, partners can protect users anywhere, connect branch offices securely, and eliminate the need for expensive hardware firewalls — all delivered from the cloud.”

The platform also features a Branch-Office Gateway Appliance for flexible Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) configurations and integrates a multi-tenant MSSP console that provides partners with unified visibility across customer environments, which simplifies their operational processes.

The platform promises to reduce customer hardware expenses, enable rapid deployment of new environments, and enhance recurring revenue through cloud subscriptions, thereby transforming how MSSPs deliver enterprise-grade security services without traditional on-premises (on-prem) appliances.

MSSPs can register on the iboss website for instant access and begin provisioning accounts within minutes. The system is designed to work seamlessly with existing infrastructure, allowing secure connectivity and SD-WAN capabilities without requiring extensive network reconfiguration.
