Hughes Network Systems receives Frost & Sullivan recognition

Frost & Sullivan awarded Hughes Network Systems the 2025 North American Customer Value Leadership Recognition in Managed Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) Services for achievements in customer purchase and ownership experiences, operational efficiency, and secure hybrid connectivity.

The press release said Hughes followed a long-term growth strategy focused on secure hybrid connectivity and customer value leadership, and that the company's strategic agility and sustained investment in automation, IT service management platforms, and integrated terrestrial, wireless (4G/5G), and satellite technologies enabled it to scale across North America.

The release described Hughes's managed SD-WAN portfolio as addressing deployment speed, application performance, management, and support. It said custom-built installation solutions used paperless workflows, mobile provisioning, and real-time technician tracking to streamline deployments, and that the company integrated devices and network circuits into its Service Management Platform (SMP) for visibility, performance monitoring, and support beyond installation.

Frost & Sullivan presented the Customer Value Leadership Recognition for managed SD-WAN services in North America and evaluated operational efficiency and customer experience alongside service-related performance. The release explained that Frost & Sullivan's Best Practices Recognitions were based on interviews, deep-dive analysis, and secondary research to benchmark performance.

The release said Frost & Sullivan presented the Customer Value Leadership Recognition annually to a company that demonstrated strategy development and implementation resulting in improvements in customer satisfaction, operational performance, and competitive positioning.
