Hitachi Vantara names Adrian Johnson chief revenue officer
Hitachi Vantara appointed Adrian Johnson as chief revenue officer, effective immediately; he will oversee the company’s global sales strategy and report to CEO Sheila Rohra.
The announcement linked the appointment to efforts to strengthen sales discipline and grow the company’s block storage business, and cited a projected 25.58% Compound Annual Growth rate (CAGR) for the AI-powered storage market through 2032.
In his remit, Johnson was charged with aligning go-to-market execution to strategic initiatives intended to accelerate adoption of the company’s products, services and solutions, including the Virtual Storage Platform One unified data platform.
