Highway secures Load Lock+ integration certification with McLeod Software
Highway announced the certification of its Load Lock+ integration with McLeod Software, enhancing real-time tracking and visibility capabilities in freight logistics. This feature aims to automate compliance and monitoring by utilizing ELD-powered tracking within McLeod's PowerBroker system.
Load Lock+ provides fully automated tracking, allowing brokers to access live data on loads without manual check-ins. This partnership reflects a commitment to improving operational efficiency and monitoring with enhanced security measures.
Michael Caney, Chief Commercial Officer at Highway, emphasized the need for visibility in freight logistics. Homomorphic Encryption (HE) noted that Highway's integration with McLeod places identity-driven visibility directly into Transportation Management System workflows, thereby enhancing efficiency and security. Ahmed Ebrahim, Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Integrations at McLeod, recognized Highway's contribution to the shipment visibility solution and expressed enthusiasm for the enhanced services offered through their integration ecosystem.
Moving forward, Highway and McLeod plan to expand integrated visibility functionalities within Load Lock and Load Lock+, focusing on fraud prevention, automated carrier verification, and real-time intelligence.
