Fortune recognizes Frontier as one of America’s Most Innovative Companies

Frontier has been recognized on Fortune’s 2025 list of America’s Most Innovative Companies for its advancements in high-speed fiber internet.

This acknowledgment highlights Frontier's status as the largest pure-play fiber internet provider in the U.S., delivering reliable connectivity to nearly 8 million homes and businesses. The company is focused on building digital infrastructure to support long-term competitiveness.

Frontier claims to constantly push the limits of its technology, evidenced by its introduction of network-wide speeds of 2 Gig, 5 Gig, and 7 Gig as well as securing more patents in the past three years than previously achieved in its history.

“We’re proud to be recognized for the power of our fiber technology and our culture of innovation,” said Nick Jeffery, CEO of Frontier Communications. He emphasized the impact of their work on enabling opportunities for consumers and businesses, stating that it extends beyond telecommunications.

The selection for Fortune's list was made in collaboration with Statista, which evaluated American companies based on product innovation, process innovation, and culture of innovation. The assessment included employee surveys and an analysis of patents, ultimately naming the top 300 companies in the U.S.
