Elisa and Kempower signed an agreement under which Elisa will provide AI-powered IT end-user services intended to scale as Kempower’s workforce grows. The arrangement covers day-to-day support and related device and management services for organizations operating across multiple markets.

Kempower operates in electric vehicle charging solutions, and its growth requires IT services that support secure, globally scalable operations across markets. The parties said the services need to run reliably while scaling with the business and operating needs of end-user support, device management, and professional services.

Elisa’s service package includes end-user support services, Device-as-a-Service, and professional services for Microsoft 365 and device management. The offering was described as built on a single accountable partner model that combines local presence, global delivery capabilities, and continuous service development with the customer.

The companies said the AI-enabled approach is intended to make end-user support more proactive and to support ticketless IT service through AI-assisted automation and self-service. Elisa also provisions devices to Kempower through the Device-as-a-Service model to provide predictable monthly costs and a way to scale device capacity in line with business needs.

“Kempower's global growth requires a partner that understands the needs of a rapidly scaling technology company and can support us globally. Elisa's AI-driven service capability supports our employees in their daily work, strengthens the scalability of our operations and helps us focus even more closely on serving our customers,” said Tuomas Siivonen, End User Services Manager, Kempower Corporation. “We are proud to support Kempower's growth with future-ready IT end-user services, where AI, automation and Elisa's strong production capabilities improve the user experience and service efficiency. Our collaboration combines a scalable global operating model, and the ability to turn new AI solutions into practical business value,” said Noora Lainio, Vice President, IT-Services, Elisa.
