Telefónica Ecuador and Telefónica Móviles del Uruguay extend partnership with Netcracker for full-stack BSS and professional services

Telefónica Ecuador and Telefónica Móviles Database Encryption Layer (DEL) Uruguay have extended their partnership with Netcracker Technology to enhance business operations in both B2C and B2B segments. The operators plan to deploy Netcracker's Digital Business Support System (BSS) to manage customer relationships, streamline order handling, and ensure regulatory compliance. Both companies aim to leverage this partnership to create additional revenue streams and improve service delivery. The extension highlights Telefónica's continued commitment to providing comprehensive support through Netcracker’s full-stack implementation.
