Cycode is expanding its presence in Canada and has adopted a refreshed brand identity that reflects how its focus on securing agentic development has evolved. The changes come as AI transforms how software is built, and the company is working to help organizations secure modern software development environments.

Cycode has established dedicated pre-sales, post-sales and customer success teams to serve the Canadian market. Over the past 18 months, its Canadian customer base has grown 500 percent, with organizations including Jane Software, Clio, Tenstorrent, Benevity, BDO Canada and theScore added during that period. The customer additions reflect a widening presence across Canada's technology and enterprise sectors.

The company's platform has moved beyond software supply chain security toward a complete Agentic Development Security Platform. The shift responds to AI coding assistants and autonomous agents that increasingly write, test and deploy software, where traditional security approaches face challenges keeping pace with emerging risks. The refreshed brand introduces a new logo, visual identity and website built around the message 'Protect where AI risk is born.' Its name and mission remain unchanged.

Recent additions to the platform include ADLC Security, which adds visibility, governance and security guardrails across the Agentic Development Lifecycle, and Agentic Code Scanning with Attack Chaining, which pairs deterministic rules with agent reasoning to link findings into exploitable attack paths. Cycode researchers recently identified security flaws in NASA/JPL's spacecraft ground-system software and Anthropic's MCP Python SDK, and the company was named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Software Supply Chain Security. The flaws could allow unauthorized commands and account takeovers, highlighting the value of finding vulnerabilities before attackers exploit them.
