Contrast Security Unveils Channel-First Strategy for Global Growth

Contrast Security has introduced a channel-first strategy to enhance the adoption of its application security solutions globally. This shift expands its partner program, fostering increased go-to-market investments and allowing a broader network of solution providers to deliver application security options to enterprises.

The new strategy complements collaborations with Splunk and Wiz, supporting the company’s aim to secure applications and APIs from development to production through its Application Security Testing (AST) and Application Detection and Response solutions.

“Organizations are frustrated with legacy AppSec approaches that create bottlenecks and fail to stop real threats,” said Scott O’Rourke, Chief Revenue Officer at Contrast Security. “By going channel-first, we’re amplifying our ability to deliver real-time attack prevention and vulnerability monitoring to more enterprises—through the trusted advisors they already rely on.”

Responses from global Contrast channel partners have been positive. GuidePoint Security remarked on the evolution as an exciting opportunity to strengthen their strategic partnership, while e92plus highlighted the educational benefits. OneT Solutions expressed appreciation for Contrast's commitment to fostering strong partnerships in Southeast Asia.

The Contrast Partner-First Program will offer:

  • Advanced training and certification to deepen partners' expertise in ADR.
  • An enhanced partner portal providing access to training materials and sales tools.
  • Co-marketing programs for broader outreach and new business generation.
  • Increased profitability through revenue-sharing incentives.
  • Comp neutrality to build strong relationships between Contrast and partners.
