Carahsoft Expands Partnership with GitLab to Bring Intelligent Orchestration for DevSecOps to Commercial Resellers and Services Partners Across North America

Carahsoft Technology Corp. expanded its partnership with GitLab to make GitLab’s orchestration platform for DevSecOps available through Carahsoft’s resellers and services partners. The change extends the channel into commercial markets across the U.S. and Canada and centers on how partners can sell and deliver GitLab capabilities.

Carahsoft said the expansion builds on a seven-year collaboration and a U.S. Public Sector channel model. It said resale and services partners already under agreement with Carahsoft can offer GitLab, including GitLab Duo Agent Platform, without requiring a separate vendor agreement.

In the agreement, GitLab’s “intelligent orchestration platform for DevSecOps” and the “agentic AI” described in the release are positioned for use across the software lifecycle. Carahsoft also stated that GitLab solutions are available through its resale and services partners.

GitLab availability also included AWS Marketplace and Google Cloud ISV Marketplace. Alex Picker, VP of Global Ecosystems at GitLab, said, “The way enterprises buy and deploy technology is changing, and our partner ecosystem plays a critical role in meeting them where they are.” Natalie Gregory, Vice President for Open Source and DevSecOps Solutions at Carahsoft, said, “By leveraging our extensive ecosystem of resellers and services partners, we are making GitLab’s platform more accessible to organizations looking to accelerate software development while strengthening security and compliance.” Forward-looking statements were not included in the release.
