Blackpoint Cyber promotes Wilfredo Santiago to Chief Security and Trust Officer

Blackpoint Cyber has promoted Wilfredo Santiago to Chief Security and Trust Officer (CSTO). In this role, he will oversee the Company's global Managed Detection and Response (MDR) operations, as well as compliance and internal IT strategies. Santiago has a background as a U.S. Navy veteran and former NSA cyber analyst, bringing over a decade of operational security experience to the position. He previously led the Company’s Security Operations (SecOps) Center (SOC), which is noted for its emphasis on real-time threat detection and response.
