Bitdefender and Techs + Together form distribution partnership for MSPs

Bitdefender and Techs + Together have established a distribution partnership to provide cybersecurity solutions to managed service providers (MSPs) globally. This collaboration enables Techs + Together to deliver Bitdefender's full suite of products, which includes Extended detection and response (XDR) and Managed Detection and Response (MDR), tailored for diverse business environments.

The agreement facilitates a flexible, usage-based billing model for MSPs, eliminating the need for long-term contracts or minimum purchases. This arrangement allows MSPs to adjust their security requirements on a monthly basis, enhancing cost-effectiveness and scalability. Additionally, the partnership includes expert-led onboarding and 24/7 support to assist with incident response.

Kirk Feathers, president and chief technology officer at Techs + Together, stated that the partnership aims to meet the dynamic cybersecurity needs of Managed Services Provider (MSP) customers. The collaboration is set to enhance the availability of endpoint security solutions capable of rapid threat detection and management, coupled with expertise in areas such as proactive threat hunting and penetration testing.

Bitdefender's cybersecurity solutions incorporate a multi-layered approach, focusing on system hardening, cloud security, and real-time threat intelligence gathered from a global network of sensors. The company employs a dedicated team of security analysts and threat hunters who actively monitor threats and provide remediation services.
