Aviz Networks has released ONES 4.3.1, adding orchestration, monitoring, and audit features for AI network environments that use Ethernet, InfiniBand, and GPU-connected fabrics. The update matters to infrastructure teams because it brings multiple management functions into one platform while adding visibility and logging for operations and compliance.

Product Update

ONES 4.3.1 expands support for NVIDIA Spectrum-X Reference Architecture 2.1, including GB300 and B300 deployments in rack-scale and cluster configurations. The release also extends support for Host-Based Networking on BlueField-3 DPUs and adds stronger SONiC support for North-South fabric deployments.

The platform now includes NVIDIA UFM integration for coordinated management of Ethernet North-South and InfiniBand East-West traffic, along with NVIDIA NMX-C integration for rack-level GPU connectivity. Aviz says these additions are intended to unify orchestration across network layers used in AI infrastructure.

ONES 4.3.1 adds docker-level time-series graphs to controller monitoring, giving operators more detail on resource use across ONES services such as ones-collector, ones-fm, Kafka pipelines, the rule engine, audit service, and license service. The update is designed to provide a more granular view of the ONES controller environment.

Audit logging now records user actions including navigation, create, delete, and change events, along with source IP, time, operation type, description, and user. Admin users can search and filter logs by time, action type, and interface, and use the View Related option to review nearby events.

Technical Breakdown

Host-Based Networking support in ONES 4.3.1 works with a DOCA service on BlueField-3 DPU Arm cores and can replace hypervisor vSwitches with a BGP router model on the server side. Aviz says the approach enables an L3 underlay fabric while keeping tenant isolation and network provisioning in place.

The release also supports deployment workflows for GPU fabrics using NVIDIA's reference architecture guidance. According to Aviz, administrators define the deployment and ONES orchestrates the underlying AI fabric to keep configurations consistent across supported environments.
