Arctic Wolf Introduces Aurora Exposure Management for Cyber Risk
Arctic Wolf, the cybersecurity and AI company, introduced Aurora Exposure Management. The update targets how organizations identify, prioritize, and remediate cyber risk using a continuous, operational approach to proactive security.
The company tied the need for a unified approach to faster vulnerability discovery and a shorter response window. It cited NIST reporting that CVE submissions increased 263% from 2020 to 2025, and said the first three months of 2026 were tracking nearly one-third higher than the same period last year.
Aurora Exposure Management brings together Aurora Vulnerability Management and Aurora Attack Surface Management to unify visibility and apply exploitability and real-world threat and business context. The company described ITSM automation, AI-powered guidance, automated patch management, and on-demand rescanning and reporting as part of the vulnerability remediation workflow.
Arctic Wolf said Aurora Vulnerability Management provides visibility across known and unknown assets, prioritizes risks using exploitability and real-world threat signals, and supports remediation through ITSM automation, AI-powered guidance, automated patch management, and on-demand rescanning and reporting. It also said Aurora Attack Surface Management continuously discovers assets, identifies security coverage gaps and unmanaged systems, prioritizes exposure using business and threat context, and validates remediation risk reduction, including through correlation and deduplication across endpoint, vulnerability management, identity, cloud, and other IT and security sources. Dan Schiappa, president of Technology and Services at Arctic Wolf, said, “As AI-driven vulnerability discovery and attackers move faster, organizations need a more operational approach to reducing risk. Aurora Exposure Management connects what’s exposed, what’s exploitable, and what to do next, helping teams prioritize what matters most and turn insight into measurable risk reduction.”
Arctic Wolf described Aurora Exposure Management as providing a unified exposure management path from visibility to prioritization to remediation, and said forward-looking statements in the release were subject to risks and uncertainties.
