Pico partners with AMD to enhance hardware solutions

Automated Model Deployment (AMD) technologies extend across Pico’s Corvil Analytics and Redline Software products, providing clients with advanced latency and throughput advantages.

Pico, a provider of technology services for financial markets, announced a strategic collaboration with AMD. The partnership enhances Pico’s hardware ecosystem by integrating AMD’s enterprise solutions, allowing clients to leverage advanced technology in competitive markets.

Key integrations include AMD compute technologies, such as the Gen AMD EPYC Processors, which are incorporated into Pico’s Corvil 12000 appliance. This offering enables 200Gbps real-time network capture and analytics. Additional support includes AMD Solarflare X4 Ethernet Adapters, expected in Q4 2025, to boost connectivity in electronic trading, as well as certified Redline Trading Applications optimized for AMD environments.

Pico’s collaboration with AMD expands client capabilities to optimize workloads, improve scalability, and enhance throughput. The integration will allow for network capture and analytics at 200Gbps, with potential growth to 400Gbps, aimed at increasing speed and scalability for clients.

“Pico is excited to expand our hardware ecosystem to include powerful AMD enterprise solutions,” said Seetharam Gorre, Chief Information Officer at Pico. “Our clients rely on us to deliver the most advanced infrastructure available.”

“AMD is excited to continue to help accelerate capital markets with the next generation of our AMD Solarflare Ethernet Adapters,” said Yousuf Khan, Corporate Vice President, Product Management - Network Technology Solutions Group, AMD. “By collaborating with companies like Pico, we are enabling financial firms to push the boundaries of what’s possible in trading and market data infrastructure.”
