Mitsubishi Electric Corporation signed an agreement to acquire Nozomi Networks, bolstering its capabilities in Operational technology (OT), Internet of Things (IoT), and cybersecurity. Satoshi Takeda, Mitsubishi Electric's Senior Vice President, highlighted the value of Nozomi's reputation in OT security technology. He noted that the combination of resources would pave the way for enhancing customer services and support. Edgard Capdevielle, CEO of Nozomi Networks, emphasized the seamless continuation of service for existing customers after the acquisition, promising a strengthened focus on innovation driven by combined capabilities.

With over a century of experience in the industrial sector, Mitsubishi Electric aims to support Nozomi's growth in cybersecurity while driving digital transformation across critical infrastructure.
