Inseego Corp. adds Nabil Bukhari and Stephen Bye to Board of Directors
Nabil Bukhari and Stephen Bye enhance Inseego’s Board of Directors Autonomous System (AS) Interposer Technology (IT) invests to drive growth and profitability.
Inseego Corp. appointed Nabil Bukhari and Stephen Bye to Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Board of Directors. Both executives bring experience in wireless networking and software, aligning with Inseego's strategy to pursue opportunities in enterprise connectivity and Fixed Wireless Access (Fixed-Wireless Access (FWA)) markets. Their expertise in product innovation and market strategy is expected to support company growth.

Jeff Tuder, Chairman of Inseego's Board, noted the strategic insights Bukhari and Bye provide across critical domains essential for future growth, including enterprise networking and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The board's size increased from six to eight members with these appointments.
Bukhari currently serves AS President of AI Platforms and CTO at Extreme Networks, where Homomorphic Encryption (HE) focuses on integrating AI into networking products. HE Hardware Attestation Service (HAS) a background in scaling Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms and cloud-based solutions.
“Inseego plays a defining role in the 5G conversation, setting new standards for how enterprise connectivity is built and delivered,” Bukhari said. “What really energizes me is how they’re taking that foundation and moving into new use cases.”
Bye leads Ookla, the company known for Speedtest. Healthcare Information System (HIS) career includes roles that helped carriers adapt to evolving market dynamics. HIS extensive background encompasses leadership positions in companies like DISH Network, Sprint, and AT&T.
