Huawei Releases 4+10+N SME Intelligence Solutions

Huawei's Executive Director of the Board David Wang presented the HUAWEI eKit 4+10+N Small Medium Enterprises (SME) Intelligence Solutions at the HUAWEI eKit Autumn Launch 2025 in Shanghai. The event, themed “Together for Growth, All Intelligence”, highlighted a range of scenario-based solutions for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that aim to enhance operational services and facilitate intelligent transformation.

As Artificial Intelligence (AI) becomes widely adopted in business, SMEs face challenges in integrating these technologies due to low awareness and capability barriers. In China, SMEs contribute an essential part of the economy, creating over 80% of urban jobs and accounting for 60% of national GDP. The introduction of these new solutions seeks to assist SMEs in overcoming these hurdles to realize the benefits of AI.

During the launch, Wang stated, “Intelligence should be easily accessible as water and electricity. I hope every person, home, and organization can benefit from AI.” He highlighted Huawei's commitment to enable faster intelligent development for SMEs, ensuring that no organization is left behind.

Huawei has shifted its distribution model to address previous inefficiencies, moving from Standalone (SA) product sales to comprehensive solutions tailored to specific business scenarios. The HUAWEI eKit 4+10+N Small Medium Enterprises (SME) Intelligence Solutions were designed based on major operational needs, including intelligent offices, businesses, education, and healthcare. The solutions include 26 newly launched products such as advanced enterprise-grade routers and AI-integrated conferencing devices.

Wang emphasized that these scenario-based solutions simplify deployment and integration for customers and partners, allowing them to focus on growth. By providing pre-integrated AI technologies with the solutions, Huawei aims to streamline the product delivery process, making it easier for SMEs to adopt AI capabilities.

Overall, the HUAWEI eKit 4+10+N is positioned as a strategic response to ensure SMEs access essential intelligent solutions necessary for their operational efficiency and growth.
