Delta presents AI-enabled manufacturing solutions at Automation Taipei 2025

Delta presented its AI-enabled manufacturing solutions at Automation Taipei 2025, focusing on Collaborative Robots (Cobots) and a Cyber-Physical Integration Demo Line. The exhibition aimed to demonstrate AI-driven human-robot collaboration and its application in sectors including electronics assembly, automotive, and logistics.

Andy Liu, General Manager of Delta's Industrial Automation Business Group, noted the impact of geopolitical tensions and rising carbon emissions costs on manufacturing strategies. He highlighted Delta's global manufacturing deployment, emphasizing solutions that enhance the efficiency of smart factories through a cyber-physical architecture that integrates robotics and digital twin technology.

Delta's Collaborative Robot (Cobot) series, equipped with an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Cognitive Module, recognizes voice commands and adjusts to changing environments. This feature allows Cobots to support flexible manufacturing. The Cyber-Physical Integration Demo Line illustrated distributed manufacturing with centralized management, thus enabling reduced prototyping costs and accelerating production line deployment.

The event featured various seminars, including collaboration with NVIDIA to discuss how digital twins can empower manufacturing processes. Automation Taipei 2025 took place from August 20 to August 23 at the Nangang Exhibition Center, with Delta’s booth located in Hall 1, 4F, stand No. M606.
