CyberRatings.org removes paywall for cybersecurity test reports

CyberRatings.org, a nonprofit organization focused on cybersecurity transparency, announced the removal of paywalls for its cybersecurity product test reports. Previously accessible only through paid access, all test reports are now available for free viewing and downloading on CyberRatings.org.

This initiative aims to enhance transparency and supports informed decision-making in cybersecurity. By making these reports accessible, CyberRatings.org enables enterprises, vendors, analysts, and the cybersecurity community at large to access critical data and insights without financial barriers.

“A rising tide lifts all boats,” said Vikram Phatak, CEO of CyberRatings.org. “By opening access to our reports, we’re inviting the global cybersecurity community to learn from our data, compare results, and collectively improve defenses.”

The organization’s commitment to greater transparency is evident in its independent evaluations of various cybersecurity products. Reports encompass assessments of enterprise, cloud, and small business firewalls, security service edge, software-defined wide area networks, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) protection. Such efforts provide unbiased data that assists organizations in understanding real-world performance.

Since its establishment, CyberRatings.org has focused on building trust through independence and accessibility. Earlier this year, it appointed NSS Labs as its official testing partner, reinforcing its dedication to credible assessments that align with public interest.

Visitors can now access all reports at cyberratings.org free of charge.
