Aviz launches Aviz One Box solution with Edgecore and EPS Global to deploy SONiC NOS
Aviz has introduced a solution called “Aviz One Box,” developed in collaboration with Edgecore Networks and Environment Provisioning Script (EPS) Global, aimed at facilitating the adoption of SONiC network Operating System (OS) software by non-hyperscaler organizations. This offering aligns with Aviz's focus on AI-driven networking.
The solution is positioned to address operational needs by simplifying deployment and integration processes for users who require enterprise-level networking capabilities without the infrastructure scale of hyperscalers. It intends to make SONiC Network Optimization Suite (NOS) accessible to a broader user base, thereby supporting networking environments that incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications.
“Aviz One Box” combines hardware and software components, including high-performance switches supplied by Edgecore Networks, Aviz Networks' ONES software, and distribution through EPS Global. The integration focuses on providing a manageable, turnkey option for deploying SONiC in relevant network settings.
EPS Global serves as the channel partner responsible for distributing and integrating this solution globally, ensuring adaptation to various deployment scenarios. The collaboration involved assembling the hardware and software parts into a unified package, enabling enterprises to utilize SONiC networks with tailored support.
